"My main objective was to find a resort for my meeting on short notice. The Sales
Manager's expeditious response provided me with the comfort of knowing that you
care and from the initial phone call I knew that this was the place for me. The
Sales Managers were responsive, professional, courteous, tolerant, informative,
helpful, knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, and most
importantly, they made me feel as if I were their only customer during each
encounter (and I can be very demanding. smile).
